What Youll Do As a key member of the Supply Chain team, youll help shape health and wellness outcomes for people around the world. Heres what you can expect in your role: Overall Responsibilities The OS&D Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring our delivery to our customers and investigating over, short and damage claims. Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties Support coordination of daily freight execution and monitoring performance Analyze customer and freight claims for validity Maintain freight data for reporting & document retention Analysis of freight spend as needed Working in compliance with the companys Health & Safety Policies/SOPs including but not limited to the Safety Responsibilities Procedure Will comply with Good Manufacturing Practices in all GMP sensitive areas of Jamieson Laboratories Ltd. facilities Other duties or projects as assigned What You Bring Youre a mix of curious, collaborative, and purpose-driven and ready to grow in a team that lives its values. Your experience and perspective might include: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements Strong analytical skills Experience in transportation, logistics and/or warehousing Familiarity with import & export requirements an asset Working knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel Familiar with GMP, and the various practices of the nutritional and pharmaceutical industry Strong inter-personal and communication skills Naturally focused on continuous improvement & personal development Note: If you dont meet every requirement listed here, we still encourage you to apply. Compensation Jamieson Wellness Inc. offers a competitive total rewards package that goes beyond base pay, including eligibility for our Short-Term Incentive Program and a variety of benefits to support your well-being and professional growth. For this role, the posting range is $38,990 $66,840 , which reflects the full salary range of the position. The actual salary offered will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, level of education, and other professional qualifications aligned with the requirements and complexity of this position.
