iScope is a Canada-wide network of interdisciplinary, physician-led clinics specializing in concussion management, chronic pain, and rehabilitation. We take pride in providing patient-centered, evidence-based care through a collaborative team that includes psychiatrists, neurologists, physiotherapists, psychologists, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals. Our Ontario clinics are expanding, and we are seeking Psychiatrists to provide specialized care for patients experiencing psychiatric symptoms related to brain injury, chronic pain, or other neurological and medical conditions. Position Summary We are looking for a psychiatrist to join our interdisciplinary care team, providing specialist input on complex mental health and behavioral presentations. This role involves psychiatric assessments, diagnostic input, collaborative treatment planning, and oversight of patients requiring integrated psychiatric and rehabilitation care. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric consultations and assessments for patients with post-concussion syndrome, chronic pain, mood and anxiety disorders, or trauma-related conditions Provide diagnostic expertise and pharmacological management as part of individualized treatment plans Collaborate with neurologists, psychologists, physiotherapists, and other care providers in a rehabilitation setting Completing required medical reports and clinical documentation for injury-related and insurance-related case (e.g. MVA, WSIB). Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and contribute to the development of best practices in psychiatric rehabilitation Ensure documentation adheres to Ontario medical standards and professional guidelines Requirements Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) Certified in Psychiatry by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) CMPA membership or equivalent liability insurance 5+ years of experience working specifically in psychiatric medicine Familiarity with FSRA guidelines, HCAI submissions, and MVA-related care Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary setting What We Offer Flexible scheduling with options for in-person and virtual consults Strong clinic support, including administrative and EMR system access Established patient base and referral volume Competitive compensation model, with an average range between $230,000 to $250,000 Please provide your resume, cover letter, medical degree and/or certificates and licenses, to the following email: By providing application materials, you are confirming that you are legally able to work in Canada.
