Duties & Responsibilities Answer and direct calls in a professional manner Responsible for keeping front end of the store clean and organized Maintain an organized filing system Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner Receive and process payments Operate and maintain the sales operating system Perform quick and efficient transactions Provide administrative support to accounting Ship and receive parcels from couriers Order and receive parts and chemicals Invoicing Requirements Proficient on a computer Decision making and problem solving skills Customer Service and communication skills Must be able to work Saturdays The successful candidate must be very well organized, good with numbers, and be able to multi task in a busy environment. Attention to detail with customer information and invoicing is imperative.
