The incumbent is also responsible for the implementation of the SHA Management System that would support the existing Safety Program, with the intent of exceeding minimum standards in Health & Safety. The Consultant is responsible to ensure consistent application of all patient and staff safety legislation, regulations and practices, quality improvement methodologies and client concern handling. The position is expected to maintain quality and safety as outlined in the SHA Quality & Safety Plan and support the deployment and replication of the SHA Management System throughout the organization.
