The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining the office of the Vice President. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the portfolio, Senior Leadership Team and the office of the Chief Executive Office team. This position ensures that processes are in place to support the efficient and effective operation of the Vice Presidents portfolio and Executive Office, through accurate, timely and efficient execution of administrative support functions. The incumbent works closely, in a collaborative and co-operative manner, with members of senior management team to assist in accomplishing the provincial health authoritys objectives. This position will research, analyze and develop policies, briefings and proposals as required. Collaboration, coordination, project management/organizational and communication is key to this role. The incumbent co-ordinates workflow with other administration support staff in the Executive Office and, in their absence, may provide support services the CEO, COO and other members of the Senior Leadership Team.
