This includes nutritional assessment, development and implementation of nutrition care plans, diet counselling, evaluation of care and arrangement for follow-up care. The incumbent acts as a nutrition consultant to other members of the health care team, shares department responsibilities and provides education experiences for dietetic interns. 'Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement' Human Resources Exemption:No Experience Preference given to candidates with Pediatric Clinical Nutrition experience Preference given to candidates with Clinical Dietitian experience Preference to those with experience with acute care patients in hospital setting Education Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (BSc(Nutr)) Dietetic Internship certificate Other Information Working Monday to Friday 0800-1630. Experience as a staff dietitian is preferred. This position works weekends on a rotation basis. Registered/eligible for registration with the Dietitians of Canada (DC) The caseload for this position will include adult acute care.
