Duties & Responsibilities Acquire monthly longterm donations Be a passionate Fundraiser Ambassador Adhere to the requirements outlined by the client and ensure that program elements are being delivered as required Demonstrate awareness and knowledge about development and the needs required for the cause that you are promoting Represent our charity partners in a professional and ethical way Work with a closeknit team to inspire others and make the world a better place Raise vital donations to help make a positive change What We Offer Compensation Combination of daily base pay plus bonuses (reviewed in the interview process) Excellent growth and advancement opportunities FULLTIME HOURS (Monday to Friday) Comprehensive training and daily coaching provided Social team nights to foster a team culture Wonderful opportunity to associate with an honorable cause Our Expectations Passionate about the cause Comfortable with facetoface fundraising Must be eligible to work fulltime in Canada Able to work fulltime hours 18 years or older; Able to pass a criminal background check Sales and customer service experience an asset Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills Ability to initiate and maintain conversations in new settings We recruit professionals who are passionate, eager for knowledge, and genuinely want to make a difference in this world.
