The successful candidate will partner closely with the Director, Finance to support the Product Centre teams, including PFHR, Collage, Health Solutions, OSI, DCI. This role works closely with senior business leaders to provide insight into financial performance, support business casing, and ensure alignment between financial outcomes and evolving business strategies.### ### # **The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will:**Finance Business Partnering & Decision Support* Act as a primary FP&A business partner to senior leaders, providing financial insight to support operational and strategic decisionmaking.* Proactively engage stakeholders to understand business drivers, risks, and opportunities, translating financial data into clear and actionable insights.* Support leadership with adhoc analysis related to growth initiatives, restructuring activities, compensation changes, and investment decisions.
