What you will be doing: Recruiting & Talent Strategy Proactively identify new labour pools and promote our employer brand through high schools, universities, career fairs, and community partnerships Partner closely with hiring managers to forecast talent needs and deliver results Screen, interview, coordinate selection, and conduct reference checks Candidate & Employee Experience Deliver prompt, consistent, and positive communication to candidates Prepare offer letters and kick off onboarding seamlessly Conduct follow-up check-ins to ensure new hires are engaged and supported Brand, Data & Continuous Improvement Support and shape HRs social media presence Track recruiting metrics and use data to improve hiring processes Research HR trends, best practices, and relevant legislation Support HR initiatives, Health & Safety programs, and company rollouts #J-18808-Ljbffr
