Our affiliated managers operate autonomously, in line with our philosophy that 'supported independence' is an essential ingredient in sustaining investment excellence and business resilience over the long term.Key ResponsibilitiesStewardship of client service (initial and ongoing)Investor onboarding (separate accounts & pooled funds)Work with institutional sales team in drafting and executing IMAs with new clients.administrator/custodian account set-upco-ordinated handover to operational teamsRespond to inbound requests and enquiries from clients and consultantsData requests (performance, attribution)Reports (eg. ESG, sustainability)Support of sales teamProvide support to the institutional sales team activity across all of Pinnacles affiliatesImprove sales tools (eg. Salesforce) and processes to enhance distribution productivity and the client experienceBuild bespoke reports/dashboard to drive productivity for the institutional sales team.Project manage the completion of all investment and operational due diligence questionnaires (DDQ)Maintain RFI software for relevant affiliatesExecute on data and information requests on behalf of each institutional salespersonPrepare monthly affiliate sales pipeline reports ahead of each meetingLead the production of peer analysis research using eVestment analyticsManage relationships with key service providers relevant to the institutional sales teamEnsure presentations are prepared and made available to clients/prospects ahead of all external meetingsPrepare pre-meeting agenda, prep notes ahead of all key client meetings to the relevant affiliateWhat you'll do3+ years relevant experience in an institutional or sales environmentDegree in Finance, Business, Economics, Commerce or related discipline with excellent academic resultsResilience, sincerity, tenacity and commitment to a long-term career with PinnacleCommitment to delivering the highest quality investment solutions in a professional mannerStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with sales colleagues and affiliates.Distribution, International & Institutional #J-18808-Ljbffr
