Job Description As an Executive Assistant reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide highlevel administrative support to senior executives, enabling them to operate efficiently and focus on strategic priorities. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information, complex schedules, and multiple priorities in a fastpaced, dynamic environment. The Executive Assistant serves as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and execution of daily business operations. What would you be doing? Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, shifting priorities, and anticipate executive needs to prevent conflicts. Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and screen incoming communications on behalf of executives. Coordinate logistics, agendas, minutes, action items, executive initiatives, and support ELT/SLT meetings, offsites, and events. Maintain records, filing systems, expenses, onboarding/offboarding support, mail/courier services, and confidential information handling. Oversee office space, access, supplies, catering, kitchen inventory, and general facilityrelated needs to support executive operations. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools, with proactive problemsolving skills. Diploma or degree in a relevant field, with 5+ years of executive/administrative support experience in a fastpaced, complex environment; certification and multileader support experience are assets.
