Position Summary The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support and assistance directly to the Chief Financial officer with occasional support to the Chief Executive Officer. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in multiple time zones. This role acts as a trusted partner to the Chief Financial Officer, facilitating efficient operations, supporting key financial initiatives and ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities & Accountabilities Executive Support Manage and maintain the CFOs complex calendar, including global meetings across multiple time zones. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense reporting. Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CFO. Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing incoming communications and requests. Meeting & Project Coordination Organize and support executive-level meetings, including Board and Audit meetings. Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and meeting minutes with a high level of accuracy. Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Support key finance projects and strategic initiatives led by the CFO. Stakeholder Management Liaise with senior leaders, Board members, investors, and external partners globally. Maintain strong working relationships across departments including Finance, HR and Operations. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism. Assist with preparation and coordination of financial reports and presentations. Assist the CFO with annual planning cycles, audits, and reporting deadlines. Execution & distribution of confidential documents relating to the Board of Directors, Legal, Financial and Banking etc. Qualifications Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field preferred. 5 + years of experience supporting senior level management. Experience supporting a CFO or finance leadership team is considered an asset. Oil & Gas industry experience is considered an asset. Strong interpersonal skills in addition to outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Adaptability, accountability and proactive problem solver. Excellent team skills and collaborative work style. Action oriented, focused on results with outstanding judgement and strategic thinking. Ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Remuneration This s a full-time onsite position in Airdrie, Alberta.
