Running and Reading Club Mentor/Coach John Graves Simcoe PS Start2Finish 4230 Sherwoodtowne Blvd, Suite303, Mississauga, ON About the Program Join the fun and impact lives with the Start2Finish Running & Reading Cluba unique afterschool program that promotes literacy, healthy active living, and play for children aged 613 (Grades16). Just one afternoon a week for two hours, youll support students through meaningful activities that help them stay in school, build selfconfidence, and form positive relationships with peers and mentors. Dates and Times Immediately until June. Once a week for 2.5 hours. Location In person (attendance required). Other Details Kingston, ON Starting immediately 13 hrs per week 10 spots available of 10 Suitable for all ages Required Qualifications Leadership Verbal communication Enthusiastic engagement Problem solving Group facilitation Teamwork Experience working with children is beneficial Vulnerable Sector Check Position Responsibilities Participate in fun fitness activities Read oneonone with children Help serve healthy snacks Lead or support engaging literacy games and activities With your support, students will feel seen, supported, and empowered to dream big.
