Responsibilities Foster a positive work environment that supports and promotes exceptional Guest-focused service Evaluate the effectiveness and report on the metrics of all programs to the General Manager Manage teammate relations including recruitment, scheduling, training & developing, coaching and recognition Manage front of house, according to East Side Marios steps of service Promote a work environment for employees that is healthy, safe and based on respect and trust Qualifications Previous management experience working in a high-volume casual dining restaurant Post-secondary education is a bonus!
