If you thrive in a fast-paced, forward-thinking setting and possess a talent for troubleshooting, we'd love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesPerform on-site maintenance and repairs for production print equipment.Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize production downtime.Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance procedures.Install, configure, and calibrate production print machinery for optimal performance.Collaborate closely with clients, delivering outstanding customer service and support.On-site service of MFPsMaintain parts and call management as well as accurate records to achieve KPI targetsResponsible to learn new technologies, maintain accurate records and assist other team members as required10% - Lead referrals, assists with customer assessments and solution design90% - break-fix and customer supportSeeks opportunities to improve territory parts budget and inventory controlPerform other relevant duties as assigned by management.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in servicing and repairing production print machinery.Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting within a production print environment.Familiarity with a variety of production print technologies and systems.Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse client environmentsNetwork Skills: Install and troubleshooting of basic printing and scanning solutions. Microsoft OS peer to peer and client side of server environments. Familiar with printing from common business appsSolutions Knowledge: Basic understanding of solutions portfolioProduct Knowledge: Excellent working knowledge and certification of production systemsColor Skills: Working knowledge of calibration, and RIP configurationsCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written and interpersonalMentoring and Instruction: 10% - based on technical expertisePre/Post Consulting Ability: ModerateWorking directions: Requires limited assistance for more difficult problemsMust be positive, outgoing, self-motivated and committed to building and maintaining strong customer relationsTravelling within Canada.
