Join our Field Services team in Calgary, AB and take charge of cutting-edge HVAC and BMS control systemswhere your expertise drives smarter buildings and real-world impact. From hands-on installations to leading system upgrades and customer training, you'll be the go-to problem solver powering innovation in building automation.Leads successful on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex HVAC / BMS controls equipment and systems without direct supervision. You will follow detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with help of Engineering teams. You will make improvements to training guides and documentation. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives in the field relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will train the customer on proper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for complex equipment.Key Responsibilities:Primary Job location will be in Calgary, ABPerform Preventive Maintenance on the BMS/DDC systemPerform Troubleshooting of the BMS/DDC systems, requires developing an understanding of the HVAC systemsReplace, Repair or Upgrade of existing BMS systems. Including actuators, sensors, controllers, etc.Program and commission BMS control systemsWork with Site Electrician and Facility Technicians on daily repairs and maintenance calls.Provide report of System Health and Lifecycle Management of BMS system to Facility ManagerOvertime and Travel Opportunities may be available from time to timeYOU MUST HAVE ONE OF THE FOLLOWINGHigh School diploma1 yr + technical experience in the field or classroomValid Drivers LicenseWE VALUEA Journeyperson Electrician Certificate or A Journeyperson Instrumentation CertificateExperience in Building maintenanceComputer and network configuration and management skillsPrevious industry experiencePrevious technical/installation experienceHands on experience with tools and electronics troubleshootingAbility to learn new skillsPrevious customer facing experienceGood written and oral communication skillsAbility to follow instructions and identify mistakesHoneywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
