For over 30 years, we have worked with some of the worlds leading energy companies, providing our expertise in fire protectionWe are currently seeking an experienced Site Coordinator to join our Industrial Projects team supporting work at our Fort McMurray projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced site environment and enjoys coordinating field execution, documentation, and project controls activities.These projects are based at the Suncor Base Plant. This is a project-based position that will begin with a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation, which may change depending on project requirements. Company accommodations and food allowance may be provided. Strong consideration will be given to local Fort McMurray residents.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate subcontractors and site activities to support project executionProject scheduling and cost trackingManage material ordering, receiving, and trackingSupport documentation requirements with Client QA/QC teamsMaintain spreadsheets, logs, and project documentationCollaborate closely with the Site Manager to support schedule and budget performancePerform project-related data entry and reportingProject controls and tracking deliverablesQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in a Site Coordinator or Project Coordinator roleStrong working knowledge of Excel and WordPrevious industrial construction experience requiredCivil construction experience considered a strong assetC.E.T. designation (or working toward it) is an assetStrong communication, organization, and documentation skills10 days on / 4 days off rotationCompany accommodations providedFood Allowance providedOpportunity to work on major industrial projects in Northern AlbertaSupportive team environment with long-term project opportunitiesWhy Join Our Team?We believe that people thrive in a workplace built on trust, respect, and continuous improvement.
