Join our team as a Construction Project Manager! In this role youll manage and deliver clinic construction, relocation, and refresh projects, ensuring they are on time, on budget and aligned with brand, strategy and operational standards. You will also support the Director, Construction & Design by achieving predictable project outcomes, improving costs, and driving consistent results through standardized processes, reporting, and contractor oversight.This role is located at our Home Office in Calgary, Alberta.What Youll DoManage the full lifecycle of assigned construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, execution, and clinic handoverEnsure adherence to project timelines, budgets, brand standards, and local requirementsMaintain accurate project schedules using approved project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) and provide proactive updates on risks, delays, and mitigation plansCoordinate and oversee contractors, architects, consultants, and suppliers to ensure high-quality deliveryEnforce procurement standards including cost benchmarking, competitive bidding (3quote rule) and transparent cost reporting (e.g. Monday.com)Evaluate contractor performance and elevate any deficiencies to the Director, Construction & DesignTrack all project costs against approved budgets and identify opportunities for cost savingsSupport capital planning through improving forecasting and consistent cost-per-square-foot trackingMaintain realtime updates in project cost dashboards for crossfunctional visibilityCollaborate with the Director, Construction & Design to apply standardized, scalable clinic design packagesEnsure sitespecific conditions are assessed early and incorporated into planningSupport the implementation of design changes, renovation tiering, and standard scopesCollaborate with Leasing, IT, Finances, Accounting, Products, Operations, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure construction timelines align with clinic readiness targets, budget, lease and brand standards.
