POSITION SUMMARYTheProduction Supervisorsmain roleisto supervisethe extrusion department andcoordinateactivities of workers to manufacture a wide variety of custom extrusions.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGLead the shift and achieve desired results by affectively communication job expectations and taking ownership of team performance through planning, organizing, directing, monitoring, and appraising job results.Train and develop employees,identifyhigh-potential individuals,andrecommendcross-training opportunities within the team.Maintain quality service byestablishingand enforcingquality-related procedures,policiesand organization standards.Achieve daily scheduled production output as per plan.
