Key Responsibilities Branch Performance & Financial Management: Drive sales growth and profitability across all areas of the branch. Achieve asset management objectives and targeted market share goals. Team Leadership & Development: Manage, coach, and develop branch employees to build a motivated, highperforming workforce. Lead performance management initiatives focused on employee growth and longterm success. Customer Experience & Market Growth: Implement processes to gather continuous client feedback and ensure excellence in customer service. Identify and pursue new market segments and growth opportunities by monitoring customer activity, industry trends, and competitive pressures. Strategic & Operational Collaboration: Provide insights and feedback on future opportunities and competitive challenges. Manage branch accounts receivable in collaboration with the Director of Credit Services. Industry Representation & Brand Presence: Represent the organization at industry trade shows, conventions, and professional associations. Promote the branch positively within the market and broader industry. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned to support branch and organizational objectives. Qualifications Education & Experience: 5+ years of experience in the heavy equipment industry. 35 years of progressively responsible management experience. Postsecondary education is considered an asset. Technical & Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of product support and departmental operations. Proven ability to manage branchlevel financial and operational performance. Key Competencies: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
