Lead the showroom floor, supporting the team in delivering a strong, consultative sales experience Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective clienteling and follow-up Drive revenue through a combination of walk-in traffic, appointments, and repeat business Ensure a consistent, professional experience that reflects the brands reputation for quality and value Hire, train, and develop a high-performing showroom team Set clear expectations around service standards, sales behaviors, and accountability Coach team members on product knowledge, closing techniques, and client engagement Foster a positive, team-first culture with a focus on results Operations & Execution Oversee all daily showroom operations, including scheduling, inventory handling, and merchandising standards Ensure accuracy and care in handling high-value diamond and jewellery inventory Implement processes that support both efficiency and a strong client experience Partner with leadership on reporting, performance tracking, and operational improvements Launch & Growth Play a key role in opening the first Canadian showroom, setting standards and building best practices Act as a local ambassador for the business, helping to establish a presence in the market Support ongoing growth initiatives as the brand expands across Canada Requirements Experience in diamonds and fine jewellery is required Proven leadership experience in a showroom, retail, or sales-driven environment Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build lasting relationships Polished, professional, and confident in client-facing situations Comfortable operating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Handson leadership style with the ability to lead from the floor Corporate Culture Lead the launch of a brands first Canadian location Be part of a growing, entrepreneurial business with expansion plans Highimpact role with visibility and ownership from day one Competitive compensation with performancedriven upside If you are a people-focused leader with a strong background in diamonds and jewellery, and youre excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground upthis is a role worth exploring.
