From content ideation, trend tracking and scheduling to community engagement, copywriting, and performance tracking, youll manage the daily rhythm of Doves social channels and ensure the brand shows up consistently and compellingly across platforms.This is a role for someone who is organised, culturallyfluent, and genuinely enthusiastic about social media as a discipline. You understand what makes content work on TikTok versus Instagram versus YouTube, you can write copy that fits the tone of each platform, and you notice when something is trending before it peaks. Were looking for someone who is as comfortable managing a content calendar and pulling a performance report as they are drafting a reactive post or briefing a content creator on an emerging format.Success means channels that run smoothly, content that consistently meets brand and platform standards, a community that feels listened to and engaged, and performance data that shows steady growth in reach, engagement, and brand affinity.WHAT YOU'LL DOContent Planning and PublishingCreate and manage Doves social content calendars across TikTok and Instagram and emerging platforms, ensuring a consistent cadence of planned, campaign, and reactive contentSchedule and publish content across platforms, ensuring every post meets brand guidelines, platform specifications, and accessibility standards (captions, alt text, format requirements)Write and adapt social copy for each platform, ensuring Doves tone of voice is consistent, compelling, and native to the channelCoordinate with the creative team and content creators to ensure assets are delivered on time, correctly formatted, and ready to publishSupport the Senior Social Media Manager in planning alwayson content, campaign activations, and seasonal or productlaunch momentsCommunity Management and EngagementMonitor Doves social channels daily, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, onbrand, and thoughtful mannerEngage proactively with Doves audience, fostering a sense of community and connection that reflects the brands values of inclusivity and real beautyTrack trending topics, hashtags, cultural moments, and platform features, flagging relevant opportunities to the wider team and, where appropriate, drafting reactive contentIdentify opportunities to surprise and delight Doves audience through creative engagement, timely responses, and communitybuilding momentsPerformance Tracking and ReportingTrack and report on social content performance across platforms, compiling regular reports on key metrics including reach, engagement, saves, shares, and audience growthUse native platform analytics and social management tools to monitor content effectiveness, identify trends, and flag insights that can inform future content decisionsSupport the Senior Social Media Manager and Data Analyst in building a continuous learning loop between content output and performance dataCollaboration and CoordinationCollaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to ensure social assets align with the content calendar and campaign objectivesSupport the coordination of influencer and creator content within the publishing schedule, ensuring assets are approved, scheduled, and trackedWork closely with the Dove brand team on daytoday social activity, keeping stakeholders informed of whats publishing, whats performing, and whats coming nextSupport briefing processes, helping to translate client briefs and campaign objectives into clear direction for the creative teamPlatform Expertise and TrendsStay current with social platform updates, algorithm changes, new features, and emerging content formats, sharing relevant developments with the teamContribute ideas for new content formats, series, and engagement approaches based on platform evolution and audience behaviourEnsure the studios content approach reflects the latest platform best practices for organic reach and engagementWHAT YOU BRING3-5 years of experience in social media management for consumer brands, ideally in beauty, personal care, wellness, or FMCGStrong platform fluency across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels, including an understanding of content formats, algorithms, audience behaviours, and publishing best practicesExperience managing social content calendars and publishing workflows across multiple platformsSolid copywriting skills, with the ability to write platformnative social copy that reflects a brands tone of voice and connects with diverse audiencesExperience with community management, including responding to comments and messages, engaging with audiences, and maintaining a consistent, onbrand presenceFamiliarity with social media management tools (such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar) and native platform analyticsThe ability to track and report on social performance metrics, with a good understanding of what the numbers mean and how they inform content decisionsStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing deadlines, and daytoday publishing demands without losing attention to detailA genuine interest in social culture, digital trends, and the evolving beauty and personal care landscapeA collaborative, proactive working style, with the confidence to flag opportunities, raise issues, and contribute ideasProfessional proficiency in English; Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
