Job Description

At Range Group we believe in the power of the professional travel advisor. We represent over $4.5 billion in annual travel sales. Equally important is our philanthropy. Range Foundation channels 10% of group profits to social impact. From exploration grants, improved access to education, new discoveries on sea and land, cultural infrastructure, and helping our global neighbors in times of need we are investing to build a better future. THE ROLE TripArc builds and operates the technology platform that powers travel agencies and advisor networks across North America. The platform is complex, the pace is real, and quality assurance sits at the heart of everything that ships. The QA Manager leads this function: owning day-to-day QA operations across multiple product pods, managing a distributed team, and keeping release quality high while the platform underneath is actively evolving. This is a handson leadership role you will be in the work, not above it, collaborating directly with Development, DevOps, Product, and Delivery. The ideal candidate brings deep QA leadership experience, strong technical instincts, and the professional maturity to operate effectively across a complex, multipod organization including the ability to coach a team on AIassisted quality workflows and what effective testing looks like when AI is generating the product being tested. WHAT WE DO TripArcs development teams use AI coding tools Claude, GitHub Copilot, and similar as a standard part of their workflow. Familiarity with Claude is expected. We expect our QA Manager to actively champion AIassisted quality practices: understanding how these tools change velocity and risk profiles, designing quality gates accordingly, and coaching the team on sustainable AInative testing approaches.
