We are presently seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Coverage Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. Required Criteria Must have a reliable vehicle to commute between clinicsMust be able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and SaturdaysDirect rehab experience not required; however, experience in a fast paced busy retail or service industry position is an assetMust be able to commit to a one-year term Primary Responsibilities Include Greet patients, staff, and visitors to the clinic in a professional and courteous mannerAssist patients with scheduling appointments and making payments at the front deskAnswer phonesCoordinator the flow of patients safely through the clinicIntake process for new patientsScan, fax and upload documents to the Electronic Medical Records systemPrivate, third party, and AHS billingMaintain privacy and confidentiality for all patients, staff and physiciansAdhere to all Momentum Health Policies and Procedures The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Experience/Education Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenComfortable with different software applications (MS Office, GoogleSuite).
