Through steady, iterative delivery, youll help enhance and simplify processes, guide decision-making, and provide value across complex technical and business domains.In this role, you'll bring a datadriven mindset, strong attention to detail and clear communication skills to drive improvement and business value in a collaborative Agile environment.What youll doBuild, maintain, and enhance data capabilities supporting collateral and loan transactionsAnalyze, triage, and refine backlog items into clear, actionable user stories and requirementsActively support backlog prioritization and process automation to ensure high-quality product increments are delivered on scheduleValidate and test data and solutions, including reconciling queries to ensure accuracy and completenessPartner with domain stakeholders to uncover underlying needs and opportunities beyond initial stakeholder requestsFacilitate problem-solving and solution discussions, fostering alignment and continuous improvementPlan, prioritize, and deliver work within agreed timelines by balancing scope, dependencies, and tradeoffs while adapting to changeEnsure a high standard of quality prior to product increment releaseWhat youll bring to the teamRequired qualifications:Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, Finance or a related fieldMinimum four to six years of experience in business analysis or product analysis (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)Extensive knowledge of systems analysis and solution designProven expertise in gathering and documenting requirements, and writing high-quality user storiesStrong experience and knowledge with data warehouses and cloud environments (AWS)Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members and contribute to team capability growthPreferred qualifications:Experience building and validating queries in AWS RedShiftExposure and familiarity with Agile principlesDemonstrated informal or formal leadership through influence, collaboration, or continuous improvement initiativesLending or financial services domain knowledgeNot sure you meet every requirement?
