Conduct checkins, performance evaluations, and coaching. Identify and address performance gaps with improvement plans. Maintain a positive, productive work environment that encourages teamwork. Build strong relationships with team members by fostering collaboration. Ensure clear communication and alignment with company goals. Operational Oversight Manage daily pharmacy operations: dispensing, inventory, scheduling. Monitor workloads for efficient task allocation. Implement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality. Ensure compliance with policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with supervisors and team leads for operational optimization. Drive continuous improvement in workflows to reduce inefficiencies. Support achievement of operational KPIs and budget targets. Training & Development Oversee onboarding and training of new staff. Provide continuous education and mentoring. Share industry trends and best practices with staff. Compliance & Quality Assurance Maintain accurate pharmacy records. Monitor safety protocols and report adverse events. Identify risks and implement corrective actions. Strategy & Innovation Build relationships with external partners and HCPs. Monitor local competitive activity and development opportunities. Implement innovative solutions to improve operations and service delivery. Additional Responsibilities Report patient safety information per adverse event and product quality requirements. What You Bring To The Table Education High school diploma (or equivalent) required. Experience Minimum 2 years in a similar role within BioScript Pharmacy. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset. Skills Business acumen and operational knowledge of BioScript Pharmacy. Strong written and oral communication. Comfortable using computers and vendor software. Customerservice focus with a patientfirst approach. Timemanagement, organization, and prioritization. High attention to detail in a fastpaced environment. Independent and collaborative work ability. Problemsolving, critical thinking, decisionmaking. Openness to feedback for continuous improvement. Resultoriented with a bias for action. Initiative in task completion. Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. English proficiency required; bilingual (French & English) may be required. Compensation Base pay forms part of your total compensation and is determined within a range based on local benchmarks.
