Our team has over 200 years of industry experience with some of Canadas top brokers to learn from and collaborate with.What Youll DoAs a Yacht Broker, your office is anywhere a boat can be on the dock, in the marina, at boat shows, or on the water. Your role is dynamic, rewarding, and built around relationships, hustle, and a love for the boating lifestyle.Responding to leads and inquiries from buyers and sellersCold calling and prospecting to generate new business (expect 50+ outbound calls/day)Walking the docks and meeting boaters at local marinasHosting and attending events and boat showsConducting boat showings and managing sea trials/surveysKeep our industry leading CRM updated and leveraging its capabilities to drive salesResearching market trends and gaining product knowledgeOrganizing and coordinating closings with support from our finance and admin teamsWhat We OfferStraight commission structure with unlimited income potential.
