The Opportunity We are seeking an Instructional Designer to develop, implement, and manage training programs across VoPay, including internal employee learning initiatives and external sales enablement resources for partners and clients. This role will play a key part in managing the VoPays internal and external Learning Centres and Partner Portal resource centre, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to highquality product education, training materials, and knowledge resources. Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and manage VoPays Learning Management System (LMS) to support companywide training and partner enablement. Maintain and update training courses, ensuring content remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with company objectives. Monitor LMS analytics and reporting to track learner engagement, completion rates, and content effectiveness. Design and develop interactive, engaging training materials using elearning tools, multimedia, and instructional design best practices. Create courses tailored to various audiences, including new hires, existing employees, sales teams, partners, and customers. Implement a blended learning strategy, combining selfpaced online modules, instructorled training (ILT), and interactive workshops. Incorporate gamification, quizzes, and scenariobased learning to enhance engagement and retention. Develop and facilitate onboarding programs, compliance training, product training, and ongoing professional development. Partner with HR, Compliance, Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to identify training needs and build customized learning solutions. Work closely with subjectmatter experts (SMEs) to translate complex fintech and payment topics into easytounderstand training content. Evaluate and improve training effectiveness through learner feedback, assessments, and continuous optimization. Own and manage the VoPay Learning Centre and Partner Resource Centre, ensuring all external stakeholders have access to uptodate training and enablement materials. Develop sales enablement resources, including product guides, video tutorials, manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for customers and partners. Build interactive training experiences for external users, guiding them through VoPays API functionality, product capabilities, and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning by implementing microlearning modules, knowledgesharing initiatives, and upskilling programs. Create a structured learning roadmap that aligns with business goals, employee growth, and compliance requirements. Stay up to date with industry trends, adult learning methodologies, and emerging elearning technologies to enhance training programs. Ensure all training programs meet regulatory, compliance, and security requirements relevant to the fintech industry. Maintain an internal knowledge base with training manuals, SOPs, and educational resources to support companywide learning. Track and report on training completion rates, compliance adherence, and knowledge assessment scores. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in instructional design, corporate training, learning and development (L&D), or sales enablement. Proven track record of implementing and managing LMS platforms and elearning technologies. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging live training sessions to diverse audiences. Ability to collaborate with SMEs, leadership, and crossfunctional teams to develop effective training content. Strong experience in course design, instructional methodologies, and adult learning principles. Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and other elearning standards.
