Training is provided and supplemented by Red River Mutual.KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:Assess policy applications, endorsements and renewalsCultivate relationships with brokersWork with brokers to answer questions about policies, potential claims situations and wordingsApply effective pricing and underwriting practicesAnalyze portfolio and provide recommendations to senior underwritersParticipate in training and development opportunitiesParticipate in insurance industry and broker eventsSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:High School DiplomaPostsecondary education considered an assetExperience in customer serviceProven teamwork and collaboration skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsHigh level of organization and attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office program suiteSatisfactory completion of background checksWe thank all applicants for their interest; however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.Accommodation for applicants with disabilities is available upon request any time during the recruitment process.
