Job Title: Printing Associate 3 positions available / 2 for the day shift and 1 for the night shift. $18.00/hr. This role is currently vacant and we are actively hiring. Reports to: Production Team Lead, Production Supervisor, and/or Production Manager. Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm DAY SHIFT Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 12am NIGHT SHIFT Auxly is an international cannabis company dedicated to bringing innovative, effective, and highquality cannabis products to the medical, wellness and adultuse markets. Job Summary/ Purpose: Label Associates will be required to perform a variety of tasks, including the use of printing equipment, paperwork, and various manual tasks. Label associates will prepare, print, and label cannabis within Health Canada standards. Main Duties and Responsibilities Responsible to adhere to and maintain and promote a positive company culture. Promote and maintain the highest level of cleanliness inside the production area and facility by routinely cleaning and sterilizing equipment. This individual will be required to ensure they have the correct materials/information, setup and prep equipment as well as any other supporting items for the run startup. Set up and execute printing orders for the Production area that are within Health Canada standards, Customer specifications, and company procedures. Ensure and uphold quality standards throughout printing of labels and packaging materials. Responsible for ensuring documentation is correct for running and all materials match with specific runs. Including but not limited to labels, packaging/material specs, Lot #, Strain, Brand, and inspections of product. Ensure accuracy of label/production forms are filled out correctly and consistently. Communicate effectively with coworkers and leadership team. Adheres to safety requirements and ensures proper PPE is always worn, including steel toe shoes, facemasks, hearing protection, lab coat, and gloves. Keep a clean and tidy work area. Ensure compliance with SOPs as they relate to daily work activities compliance with regulations to the Cannabis Act. Other duties as may be assigned from time to time. Requirements Must be able to read and write English. Able to perform tedious/repetitive tasks with a high level of quality and attention to detail. Ability to work as a team or independently. Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs. Overtime as required. Must have a clear criminal record (background checks will be conducted prior to start date). Work with respirator, face mask, and/or hearing protection for an extended time. Prolonged standing, lifting, squatting, and/or bending. Long hours may be required on occasion. Previous Cannabis and or production experience is an asset. Previous knowledge of GPP, GAP, and/or GMP regulations considered an asset. Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office is an asset.
