You qualify projects, route them to our manufacturing partners, and track every order. Youll also identify whats breaking in our workflow and suggest fixes as we grow.QualificationsStrong expertise in Operations and Operations Management within a CRM-driven environmentProficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating processes and improving operational strategiesEffective Communication skills for collaboration with team members and customer interactionsCustomer Service experience with a focus on delivering exceptional client interactionsFamiliarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms preferredAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyAn understanding of AI CRM technologies to help develop system that help us scalePrevious experience in the luxury goods or jewelry industry is a plusMust live in Vancouver, British Columbia, and be in office during the week.
