This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with investment professionals, supporting client portfolios, and building a long-term career in wealth or asset management.What Youll Be DoingSupporting Portfolio Managers with day-to-day portfolio administration and client servicingPreparing client reporting packages, performance summaries, and investment documentationProcessing trades, account updates, and ensuring accurate record-keepingAssisting with onboarding new client accounts and maintaining existing relationshipsLiaising with internal teams and custodians to resolve discrepancies or inquiriesMonitoring portfolios to ensure compliance with mandates and internal guidelinesWhat Were Looking For15+ years of experience in a portfolio administration, investment operations, or wealth management support roleStrong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio structuresExperience with portfolio management systems or trading platforms is an assetHigh attention to detail with strong organizational skillsExcellent communication skills and a client-service mindsetProgress toward or completion of CSC, CFA, or similar designations is considered an assetWhats in It for YouCompetitive salary: $50,000 $70,000 CAD, depending on experienceBonus potential and comprehensive benefits packageExposure to experienced Portfolio Managers and investment decision-makingClear path for growth within wealth or asset managementCollaborative, team-oriented environmentAt Humans of HR, we support the development and growth of our candidates to reach their full potential.
