Working with world-renowned furniture designers, Keilhauer is internationally recognized for award-winning design, built with extreme craftsmanship, to the highest environmental standards.ABOUT THE ROLEThe HR Coordinator will support the Human Resources department and serve as a key point of contact for HR matters. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support for HR activities, including full-cycle recruiting, payroll processing, onboarding, health and safety and maintenance of employee records. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESOversees full-cycle recruitment, including developing job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, facilitating offers, and managing the onboarding process. Assists with processing weekly payrolls and acts as backup to the Payroll & Wellness Manager.Manages and updates HR documentation, including policies, organizational charts and training records. Provides administrative support for benefits administration and employee relations. Responds to employee inquiries regarding HR and payroll matters while maintaining confidentiality. Ensures HR and payroll activities adhere to the Employment Standards Act and all relevant legislation in Ontario. QUALIFICATIONSPost-secondary education in Human Resources is required. At least 2 years experience supporting an HR department; payroll experience preferred. Knowledge of ESA and employment legislation as it relates to HR in Ontario. Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills. Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Possession of a valid drivers license, current insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle is required, as travel to multiple locations may be necessary.
