You won't just be making things look pretty; you will be building visual systems designed to stop the scroll, drive clicks, and help Canadians keep more of their money. Key Responsibilities Multichannel Asset Creation: Develop and implement AIfirst workflows to generate a high volume of assets across the entire funnel, including websites, landing pages, static display ads, and shortform video content. Motion Design & Video: Drive engagement by creating highimpact motion graphics and video edits for TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Programmatic channels. Motion design is a core part of this role. The DataCreative Loop: We dont guess; we test. You will dive into performance metrics (Hook and Hold Rates, CTR, CPC, CAC/CPA, and CVR) to understand why a design worked and use those insights to fuel your next iteration. Rapid Prototyping & A/B Testing: Take winning concepts and remix them into multiple variations to find the ultimate performance winner. Balance the science of hypothesisbased testing with the art of creativity and taste. Conversion Optimization (CRO): Build and refine web layouts that reduce friction and turn highintent traffic into Questrade clients. So are YOU our next Growth and Performance Designer? You are if you Experience: 24 years in digital/performance design. A portfolio that showcases a mix of static, web, motion, and generative AI workflows. Motion Fluency: High proficiency in AE or adjacent animation tools. You know how to make a static image feel alive. Data Literacy: You are comfortable looking at a dashboard. You speak the language of Performance and know how to translate numbers into design improvements. Technical Toolbelt: Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with landing page builders (Webflow, Framer) is a major plus. Marketing Savvy: You understand the psychology of directresponse marketingyou know how to design for the scroll and the click. Sounds like you?
