Combined with our vast network and extraordinary customer-centric approach, we are the obvious choice in helping you find your next home.Humans of HR is currently partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to identify an experienced Plant Manager to oversee plant operations and lead a high-performing production team.This role will be responsible for managing daily plant activities, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring production targets, safety standards, and quality benchmarks are consistently achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily plant operations including production, manufacturing, and operational processesPlan, organize, and direct plant activities to meet production goals and customer expectationsDrive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and capacity utilizationEnsure compliance with safety procedures and quality standardsMonitor operational metrics and performance targets to optimize plant performanceWork closely with leadership to implement operational strategies and continuous improvement initiativesAddress employee issues and support strong team leadership and engagementQualifications10+ years of hands-on experience in operations or manufacturing leadershipPrevious experience as a Plant Manager, General Manager, or senior operations leaderStrong understanding of production management, budgeting, and resource planningKnowledge of safety, quality, and inventory processesExcellent leadership, decision-making, and team-building skillsEngineering or Operations Management degree preferredThis is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven operations leader looking to take ownership of plant performance and drive operational excellence.At Humans of HR, we support the development and growth of our candidates to reach their full potential.
