Urban Legal Recruitment is assisting our highly regarded client, a leading international business law and litigation firm, in the search for a dynamic and experienced Legal Assistant to support lawyers within their Banking & Finance practice in Calgary.This is an excellent opportunity for an intermediate legal assistant with 25 years of experience, although intermediate to senior candidates are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will independently manage the day-to-day administrative and practice support activities for lawyers in a busy Banking & Finance practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and be collaborative, professional, adaptable, and proactive in their approach to work.Work EnvironmentStandard hours of work are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with occasional pre-authorized overtime required to meet client needs.This position operates under a hybrid work model, with a mandatory requirement of three (3) days in the office and up to two (2) days remote, work permitting. In-office requirements may change based on business needs.
