Were looking for a motivated Territory Manager to take ownership of a well-established Ontario territory and continue building it through a combination of key account management and new business development. In this role, youll work closely with electrical contractors, consulting engineers, and end users to deliver high-value power generation solutions across a wide range of projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, and growing a territory with strong earning potential through an uncapped commission structure. Established territory with existing key accounts and strong growth potential Opportunity to sell essential, high-value equipment Support from an experienced internal team (engineering, projects, service) Ability to build long-term relationships and influence major projects The Ideal Fit (Core Competency) Strong Customer Service Skills Relationship Builder Accountability and Dependability Sound Decision Making and Judgment Team-oriented approach Strong Negotiation and Problem-Solving skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities What Youll Do The Role (Responsibilities) Manage & Grow Your Territory Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory Develop and execute plans to expand market presence Achieve and exceed sales and gross margin targets Prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and proposals Read and interpret engineered specifications and respond to project requirements Collaborate with engineers to clarify specifications and position solutions Be in the Market Conduct regular customer visits and site meetings Present solutions to contractors, engineers, and end users Stay informed on upcoming projects, market activity, and competitive landscape Collaborate Internally Work closely with sales, project management, and service teams Support smooth project handoffs and execution Maintain accurate records in CRM and forecasting tools Be a Trusted Partner Assist engineers in developing specifications and recommending solutions Proactively resolve customer concerns Always represent the company with professionalism and integrity What You Need (Requirement) Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience (related industry preferred) Post-secondary education (preferred) Valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle Electrical or technical aptitude is an assetStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Working Conditions Frequent travel within the territory Occasional travel outside the home branch Ability to attend and deliver presentations Overtime as required Must follow all Company Health & Safety policies and guidelines Why This Role This position offers a strong balance of: Managing and growing existing relationships Expanding your territory through new opportunities Earning based on performance in a high-impact industry If youre looking to take ownership of the territory and build it over time, wed like to hear from you.
