It is through your mastery of our processes and tools, your curiosity, your diligence, and your efficiency in processing these daily operational activities that you have a positive impact on the client, the Bank, and your team!Your JobEnsure diligent handling of various requests from our clients and partnersAnalyse and interpret data to accurately carry out administrative requestsAchieve productivity and quality objectives and master end-to-end processesCarry out the activities assigned to you and proactively support your colleaguesEnsure alignment with organizational and team priorities, both in terms of work organization and our behavioral valuesIdentify ways to improve performance and the experience of our clients and employeesContribute to making the team's environment even more positiveOur large team is composed of teams in charge of the following activities in collaboration with our wealth management partners/business lines:Account openings and document managementAccount and asset transfersAccount and securities administrationOperational support to our partnersOperation Distribution InvestissementMutual Funds Dealer OperationsYour TeamWithin the sector, you will be part of a team of 20 to 40 colleagues, and the manager will depend on the assigned team.
