As a Senior Quality Management Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening quality assurance, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives within our operations while working in a collaborative, fast-paced production environment. Your days will include: Maintaining and monitoring the plant quality dashboard to track performance and trends Conducting compliance audits to ensure adherence to premium quality SOPs Leading initiatives to improve conversion rates and product pass rates Maintaining accurate and up-to-date product specification sheets and quality documentation Supporting customer complaint investigations and corrective and preventive actions Facilitating new product introductions while ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications Collaborating with Sales, Customers, and Operations to support quality improvement initiatives Performing additional duties as required To succeed in this role, you must possess: Grade 12 education; diploma or certificate in Food Science, Agriculture, Meat Processing, or Quality Management preferred Knowledge of plant quality management systems and SOP compliance Experience conducting audits and supporting corrective action processes Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards and reporting tools Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tracking systems Quick Facts: Culturally diverse employ people from all over the world Fully integrated facility Feed Mills, Barns, Transportation, and Production Plant 2500+ employees worldwide We Care about our employees, communities, customers, animals, and the environment Ways to apply Online at HyLife has an accommodation process for employees with disabilities.
