THE DETAILS Youll be joining our Vancouver team at 2536 Granville St, Vancouver, BC V6H 3G4, in a full-time capacity Youll act as an ambassador of our brand, taking care to ensure every customer feels like a guest in our home. Its your job to give a positive first impression, find the items they need, and suggest additional items to help build their dream space Once their items have been selected, youll help customers check out, process their payment, and assist customers with returns/exchanges as necessary Youll be a point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries and relaying comments to the management team Youll work with the team to keep the storefront clean, organized, and visually appealing. Youll also handle return/go-back items As a key holder, youll be in charge of opening the store at the start of the day and closing up at the end WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE Minimum two (2) years of experience in a retail sales environment; a combination of education and experience may be considered High school diploma.
