Accord is looking for a true Content Creator to build and lead our content strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes storytelling and knows how to turn strategy into compelling written & video content that stands out. You understand the GTM ecosystem, can speak fluently to RevOps, Enablement, and Sales Leadership, and know how content can drive meaningful results in B2B SaaS.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a content strategy that aligns with Accords goals, product roadmap, and customer lifecyclePlan and execute a content calendar that emphasizes storytelling with outcomes tied to quarterly goalsOwn and execute The Revenue Execution Podcast + BlogProduce and script engaging video content (short-form, interviews, podcast, educational clips, thought leadership etc.)Turn customer insights into narrative-driven content that resonates with GTM teamsCreate high-quality content across web, blog, email, social, that builds awareness and drives engagementRepurpose long-form content for multi-channel distributionOptimize content for AEO and organic growth opportunitiesPartner with Product Marketing to translate product value into compelling stories and resourcesTest and refine messaging, topics, and formats based on data and audience insightsDrive employee advocacy by developing content and frameworks that empower the Accord team to actively post and engage on socialsRequirements4+ years experience in content marketing/content creation or a similar role.Proven ability to create content that drives engagement and business impactYoure a natural storyteller with strong writing and editing skillsYou have an analytical mindset and think in terms of pipeline and revenue impactHigh ownership and bias for actionStartup experience an assetOur Values Everyone is a Product Person - We all share the same drive & passion to create.
