Skills and Requirements 57+ years of experience in Change Management, ideally supporting complex digital or technologyenabled transformation programs. Proven success leading largescale, global transformation projects with multiple stakeholder groups. Strong ability to balance holistic strategy with regionspecific application. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, dottedline environment.
