Working closely with senior leaders and subjectmatter experts, youll help develop portfolio construction materials, lifecycle management processes, and executiveready presentations and speaking notes. This role offers exposure to how strategy, risk appetite, and capital deployment come together at an enterprise level. Responsibilities Support portfolio construction activities across the portfolio lifecycle, including analysis, documentation, and ongoing monitoring. Develop presentations and executivelevel speaking notes to support governance discussions and senior leadership forums. Assist in building and documenting portfolio construction and lifecycle management processes, frameworks, and tools. Prepare summaries, briefing materials, and visualizations that translate complex portfolio concepts into clear insights. Support adhoc portfolio analysis and initiatives related to risk, growth, and strategic alignment. Collaborate with partners across finance, risk, and business lines to support portfoliorelated initiatives. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities. Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages to different audiences. Analytical mindset with an interest in strategy, finance, and portfolio management. Collaborative team player who is comfortable working with senior stakeholders. Detailoriented selfstarter who is eager to learn and contribute in a fastpaced environment. Required Skills Enrolment in a degree program in business, finance, economics, commerce, analytics, or a related field. Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience developing presentations is an asset. Interest in portfolio management, risk, strategy, or financial analysis. Experience analyzing or synthesizing financial or operational data is an asset.
