Take charge as a Customer Service Manager in retail, focusing on exceptional customer experiences. In this key role, you will oversee all aspects of customer service at the front end. Your leadership will ensure smooth operations and guide Associates in following best practices for service delivery. Responsibilities include managing customer concerns, supervising transactions, and training staff on company programs and procedures.
