Job Type: Full-Time Seasonal (June August)Schedule: Monday to FridayWork Location: On-Site (Multiple locations in Brampton) Job Description A4H Sports is seeking a talented and motivated Videographer/Photographer to join our team this summer. In this role, you will be embedded on-site at our youth and junior summer camps across multiple locations in Brampton, capturing the energy, growth, and impact of our programming. You will be responsible for producing high-quality photo and video content that supports A4Hs marketing and communications efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to tell meaningful stories, connect with the community, and contribute to a mission-driven organization that empowers young people through sport. Hourly rate: $600 per week for 15 hours per week. Capture dynamic and compelling photo/video content during camp hours across Brampton locations Film behind-the-scenes footage to highlight program impact Produce shortform videos (3060 seconds) optimized for social media platforms and longform content (23 minutes) for YouTube Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to develop content that aligns with campaign goals and A4H's messaging Deliver polished and engaging video/photo assets on deadline to support ongoing promotional campaigns Stay up to date on video content trends and apply best practices to maximize engagement and reach Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure all content is properly labeled and submitted in required formats Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in videography, photography, or digital media production Strong portfolio showcasing both short and longform content (submission required with application) Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, and Photoshop/Lightroom Experience filming branded content and educational programming is a strong asset Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver highquality assets independently Excellent communication and collaboration skills Must have access to personal equipment (camera, lighting, editing software) and reliable transportation for onsite shoots across the GTA Comfortable working in outdoor and indoor camp environments with youth participants Interested candidates should submit their resume and portfolio to: .
