We help global organizations get financial clarity into the complex, daily sales, and operational decisions that impact profitable revenue generations, efficient operational performance, and reliable financial management.What You Will DoAs an Integration Consultant on our Data Solutions team, you'll be responsible for scoping, designing, implementing, and testing integration solutions across a wide range of enterprise platforms. Working closely with client partners, you'll develop relationships with key technical stakeholders while delivering measurable business value through wellarchitected, maintainable integrations. You'll contribute across the full project lifecycle, from presales and discovery through deployment and client enablement, and collaborate with teammates across CLM, Salesforce, and Data practices.Ideal candidates will be able to:Design and implement APIbased integrations using REST and SOAP principles across cloud and onpremise systemsBuild and test integrations using middleware platforms including Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, or similar toolsUse Postman (or equivalent) for API exploration, testing, scripting, and automationDevelop integrations connecting platforms such as Salesforce, DocuSign CLM / SpringCM, Snowflake, NetSuite, Workday, and other enterprise business systemsTranslate client business requirements into clear integration specifications, field mappings, and data flow documentationTroubleshoot complex integration failures including authentication issues, payload formatting, and API versioning conflictsSupport data migration projects involving staging, transformation, and validation of records across systemsContribute to presales activities including scoping, estimation, and solution designQualificationsBachelor's degree or higher36 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience, including enterprise system implementations or integration developmentSolid understanding of API fundamentals REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, JSON/XML, webhooks, and error handling patternsHandson experience with Postman for API testing, scripting, and collectionbased workflowsExperience configuring or developing on at least one major middleware platform (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar)Familiarity with Salesforce data structures, APIs (REST, Bulk, Metadata), and data movement patternsExposure to CLM platforms such as DocuSign CLM / SpringCM, Ironclad, or Agiloft is a strong plusExcellent communication skills able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiencesAbility to manage daytoday client relationships and maintain a prioritized workstream independentlyNice to Have:Certifications in Workato, MuleSoft, Salesforce, or similar platformsExperience with SQL or Python for data transformation and scriptingExposure to CLM workflow configuration or document automationExposure to CRM systems, sales processes, revenue pipelines, customer service, etc.Familiarity with CI/CD practices, version control (GitHub/Bitbucket), or agile delivery methodologiesKnowledge of ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday in an integration contextExperience with AIassisted tooling or emerging integration patternsExperience migrating data into SalesforceSpaulding Ridges Commitment to an Inclusive WorkplaceWhen we engage the expertise, insights, and creativity of people from all walks of life, we become a better organization, we deliver superior services to clients, and we transform our communities and world for the better.At Spaulding Ridge, we believe our team should reflect the rich diversity of society and we take seriously the responsibility to cultivate a workplace where every bandmate feels accepted, respected, and valued for who they are.
