Position Details What You Will Do Investigation, evaluation, negotiation and settlement and administration of all accident benefit claims Handle MIG and non-MIG files up to the point of CAT Assign Defence Counsel and participate in all aspects of LAT proceeding including assignment of legal, attend Case Conferences and Hearings Salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific positions business line, scope and level.
