Your future role Youll play a pivotal role along side Procurement team in protecting Alstoms interests by proactively working with the project team on identifying risks, managing claims, and ensuring supplier compliance to achieve successful and profitable project execution. Day-to-day, youll work closely with the teams across the business (Procurement, Project Management, Finance, Project Controller, Legal), provide contractual guidance on complex supplier-related issues, work alongside proactive and collaborative teammates, and help define and implement claim strategies with the Project Team and Procurement, and much more. Well look to you for: Proactively working with the Project Team and Procurement to identify risks early and protect project profitability Guide and support Procurement on ensuring supplier compliance with all contractual obligations and preserving Alstoms rights under supplier and subcontractor agreements Providing contractual guidance and expertise on complex supplier-related issues, including interpretation of contractual requirements Managing critical claims for cost recovery and other remedies in cases of contractual breach Contributing to a proactive and structured working environment while fostering strong relationships and teamwork Defining claim strategies in collaboration with the Project Team and Sourcing Supporting the Project in achieving successful and profitable execution Coordinating the construction of defensive and offensive claim files All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
