About the Team The Outbound Product Management team drives the commercialization and market success of PCC's strategic products and services. The team ensures solutions are effectively positioned, launched, and adopted by translating product capabilities into clear customer value. Outbound PMs partner cross-functionally to align go-to-market execution and enable the field to drive revenue and adoption. The team also captures structured market and customer insights to inform ongoing product enhancements. Job Summary The Outbound Product Manager owns go-to-market execution and adoption success for assigned products and initiatives. This role defines positioning, supports launch strategy, enables sales and customerfacing teams, and gathers voiceofcustomer insights to strengthen productmarket fit. The Outbound PM ensures crossfunctional readiness and monitors adoption performance postlaunch. Success is measured by launch effectiveness, adoption growth, and field enablement impact. Location & Travel Requirements Remote Roles: Requires inoffice events that involve travel to/from Mississauga or Salt Lake City, including onboarding, team events, semiannual and annual meetings. Hybrid Roles: Requires residing within commutable distance to the specified office/location and attending weekly, biweekly, or monthly office events with the team. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute gotomarket plans for new products and strategic initiatives. Define and refine product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Marketing and Product. Lead crossfunctional GTM readiness planning across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Operations, and Support. Identify and engage target customers for early validation and beta participation; drive structured beta programs and customer validation efforts to ensure commercial viability. Monitor product adoption, usage trends, and revenue performance metrics; proactively identify growth opportunities, risks, and corrective actions. Serve as commercialization lead for strategic, highvalue deals and executivelevel customer engagements. Provide subjectmatter expertise for sales enablement, strategic deals, and customer engagements. Gather and synthesize customer and competitive intelligence to inform roadmap discussions. Mentor and guide Outbound Product Managers on best practices and GTM execution. Your Key Strengths 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or gotomarket roles within enterprise software or healthcare technology. Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional initiatives in a matrixed organization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret adoption and market performance data. Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and nontechnical audiences. Experience leading GTM readiness planning across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Operations, and Support. Experience driving structured beta programs and customer validation initiatives. Experience supporting strategic, highvalue deals and executivelevel customer engagements. Ability to influence roadmap discussions through datadriven market intelligence and competitive analysis. Preferred, Not Required Experience commercializing enterprise SaaS or AIdriven solutions. Experience working closely with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success teams.
