Support the emotional and spiritual journeys of residents as a compassionate Spiritual Care Coordinator. Provide tailored spiritual care to foster well-being during key life transitions. This role offers an opportunity to support individuals from varied faiths in long-term care settings. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop practices beneficial for residents, especially during critical phases such as illness and end-of-life. Additionally, you will coordinate spiritual programming and volunteer services to enrich the community atmosphere.
